Validity: All products bought from Yehwo.com are eligible for exchange or refund if received damaged, in the wrong size, or incorrect within 10 days of the delivery date, no questions asked!
Conditions Qualified for Exchange or Refund: To qualify for exchange or refund, items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. Any excess fabric or embellishments used during photoshoots will not be provided unless specified on the website.

Approved Courier Services: You may choose to use any of the following approved courier services: TCS, M&P, LEOPARDS, CALL COURIER, BLUE EX, TRAX. Remember to share tracking details within 2 working days of dispatch to our premises.
Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued in the form of a coupon, redeemable for one-time usage only. This coupon can be utilized in the instance of an exchange where the original purchase value differs from the exchanged amount.
Credit Card Transactions Refund Policy: For orders paid via credit card, the refunded amount will be returned to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Order Cancellation: Customers reserve the right to cancel orders at any time before processing. Yehwo.com also retains the right to cancel orders for reasons such as item unavailability, defects in quality control, or declined payments.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be edited or cancelled. Customers refusing delivery or parcels held by Customs must adhere to relevant procedures and documentation. Yehwo.com is not liable for non-clearance of parcels.
Refunds for cancelled orders before dispatching are eligible for a refund to the credit card used for the order.
